“I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to help them cope with life stressors and relationship issues in all life stages. And I have a special interest in integrating the practice of mindfulness in relationships. I am committed to using my training and experience to help others be more present, authentic and fulfilled in their relationships and their lives, and to help therapists be more mindful, focused and efficient in their work. And I am inspired by using videography and other creative ways to train therapists to be more effective with their clients and to portray the power of human connection.”
